Cape of Good Hope

Today Emily and I took a tour with African Eagle tours (it was really well run and we loved it) and got to drive from Cape Town all the way down the horn of Africa. We went on a boat trip to Seal Island from Hout Bay, drove over Chapman's Peak, visited Noordhoek, fed ostriches at an ostrich farm, drove through the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve to Cape Point where we saw wild baboons and wild ostriches, had our picture taken at the famous Cape of Good Hope sign, kicked it in Simons Town at the wild African Penguin colony (the penguins are super cool and really friendly) and finally spent some time exploring the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens (well worth a visit - it's more like a mountain park than a traditional botanical garden). We're exhausted and I'm still trying to sort out some dives this week so that's all for now.
