Final Thoughts on Belgium

As we only stayed in Bruges, I can't comment on the rest of the country other than to say that the countryside is beautiful and a treat to drive through. Bruges is a small coastal city surrounded by narrow canals. Every other shop in Bruges is a chocolate shop - and you can't go wrong with Belgian chocolate!
