France Wrap Up

I must say - France is my kind of country. I absolutely loved the time we spent in Avignon, the Camargue, Uzerche, St. Emillion, La Rochelle, Paris, Giverny and Calais. Springtime here is amazing. All of the beautiful cherry, apple and peach trees blossoming, giant fields of yellow rapeseed flowers, thousands of small pieces of what look like cotton blowing through the air, the police suited up in dive gear and gunning their large black inflatable boats up and down the Seine in Paris, the beauty of western France, the vineyards, the small picturesque towns like Giverny that seem to be everywhere we drove, the sun-speckled fields with all of the black-white-and brown cows and the ubiquitous toll booths on every highway (super expensive to drive across/around France - but all manned by extremely polite toll takers).
