I'm a huge Sherlock Holmes fan/nerd. I've read every single SH story that Conan Doyle ever penned and it was really fun to see this museum (which was an actual working Victorian boarding house from 1860 through 1936). Not entirely well labeled, it's really fun to walk through and recognize small exhibit pieces from different stories (such as the box containing two severed ears in course salt from "The Adventure of the Cardboard Box"). If you're in London, and a fan - it's totally worth spending an hour or two here!
