Poquoson Yacht Club: 2011 Chili Cook Off

Emily put her culinary training to good use this afternoon as one of three judges at the Poquoson Yacht Club's annual chili cook off competition. Twelve cups of chili later, we were both stuffed to the gills.

I have always wanted to attend a chili a cook off. Then compete. But I have never imagined being a judge. Nice gig.
